Mr. President,

I have requested the floor to read out a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry of Pakistan regarding the latest missile launch by the DPRK. I quote:

“Pakistan expresses concern over the missile launch carried out by the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) on 29th August, 2017. We urge all sides to exercise restraint and to abide by their obligations under the relevant UN Security Council Resolutions.” Unquote.
